so did george lowe decide that he would be cuban or was that written in the script?

they seem real "fly by the seat of your pants" at [as], so it wouldn't surprise me to find out he just started doing that voice as a joke in the booth.

i've got a date with spaceghost on the 16th and i don't think i'll be leaving the house until i get a brak dvd.

where is everyone?

I'm guessing they chose the voice because he looks Ricky Reccardo-esque. But it wouldn't surprize me if George just came up with it on his own.

He is the automated voice  on a train in Atlanta called MARTA.

mayeb this is just a wilde guess, but I'm betting that George Lowe took one look at the Dad drawing and decided that a cuban accent would be perfect.
